Landscaping Corten Steel Plate For Outer Wall Decoration is a new type of high weather-resistant composite plate, widely used in power plants, mines and other enterprises. Features of weathering steel curtain wall:

1. Excellent weather resistance
The chemical composition of the alloy weathering layer contains 4~5% carbon and 25~35% chromium. The volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in its metallographic structure reaches more than 50%, the macro hardness is HRC56~62, and the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400~1800. Because the carbides are distributed vertically in the wear direction, even compared with the cast alloys with the same composition and hardness, the weatherability is more than doubled.
2. Good impact resistance:
The base plate of weathering steel curtain wall is low carbon steel or low alloy. Tough materials such as stainless steel reflect the advantages of bimetallic materials. The weathering layer resists the wear of wear media, and the substrate bears the load of the media, so it has good impact resistance. It can withstand the impact and wear of high drop hopper in the material conveying system.
3. Good heat resistance:
The alloy weathering layer is recommended to be used under the working condition of ≤ 600 ℃. If vanadium, molybdenum and other alloys are added into the alloy weathering layer, it can withstand the high temperature wear of ≤ 950 ℃.
The recommended operating temperature is as follows:
The weather resistant steel curtain wall is recommended to be used at a temperature not higher than 530 ℃;
The base plate of low-alloy weathering steel curtain wall (15CrMo, 12Cr1MOV, etc.) is recommended not to be used at 580 ℃;
The heat-resistant stainless steel substrate is recommended to be used under the working condition not higher than 800 ℃.
4. Good corrosion resistance
The alloy layer of the weathering steel curtain wall contains a high percentage of metal chromium, so it has certain rust and corrosion resistance. It can prevent coal sticking when used in coal chute and funnel.
