What is 309S stainless steel coil?

309s stainless steel is a variant of 309 stainless steel with low carbon content. The heat affected zone near the weld will reduce the carbon content and minimize the precipitation of carbide, which may lead to intergranular corrosion precipitation (welding corrosion) of carbide stainless steel in some environments.
309S is usually used for furnace charge, and produces various heat-resistant workpieces at 850 ℃ - 1050 ℃, such as brackets, conveyor belts, annealing furnace covers, hot cracking tubes, etc. It is mainly used for occasions where free cutting and surface cutting are bright and high cleaning requirements are high.
